A beautiful 3D rendering is one thing. Turning that rendering into a stable, repeatable FRP product is another.

We first look at the shape, dimensions, structure, surface requirements, and intended application.
The goal is not simply to copy a picture.
We need to determine how that design can actually be manufactured.
For complex products, our general workflow is:
Design → 3D Development → Master Pattern → Mold → FRP Production → Grinding & Polishing → Painting → Inspection → Export Packaging
For complex shapes, we use CNC technology to help produce master patterns and combine this with hand lay-up FRP manufacturing.
This approach gives us flexibility when producing customized furniture and sculptural products with complex curves, particularly for low-to-medium production volumes.
For a customized FRP product, the mold is an important part of the manufacturing process.
A good mold helps us maintain the intended shape and allows multiple pieces to be produced consistently.
This becomes especially important for commercial projects.
If a buyer orders one prototype, a small difference may not be a major issue.
But if the project requires dozens or hundreds of pieces, consistency becomes critical.
That is why we pay attention not only to the first finished product, but also to whether the design can be repeated reliably.
We also need to understand where the product will be installed.
An indoor decorative chair and an outdoor public bench should not automatically receive the same specification.
For outdoor projects, we consider the application environment when discussing resin, reinforcement, and coating requirements. Chinor provides outdoor-grade coating options for applications such as open plazas, theme parks, and other outdoor environments.
For commercial furniture, appearance matters.
After FRP production, products may go through:
Grinding → Surface Preparation → Polishing → Painting → Final Inspection
We pay attention to issues such as visible seams, surface defects, coating consistency, and the overall finish.
This is especially important for products going into hotels, shopping malls, retail spaces, and other highly visible commercial environments.
You do not need to know every manufacturing detail before contacting us.
