General Warnings (Applicable to All Materials)

6.Keep furniture away from heating equipment and air conditioner vents to avoid material over-drying; avoid spaces with extreme high humidity.

7.Prevent long-term direct sunlight exposure. Do not place furniture outdoors unless the product is specially designed for outdoor use.

8.Keep sharp, pointed and hard objects from directly contacting furniture surfaces.

9.Only use recommended mild cleaning supplies. Always test cleaning solutions on hidden inconspicuous areas before full-surface application.

10.Use table runners, placemats, cork or silicone protective pads for all table surfaces to avoid scratches and coating damage.

11.Never place hot cookware directly on surfaces without heat-resistant pads; high temperatures will permanently damage surface finishes.

12.Coasters and silicone mats are strongly recommended for coffee tables and side tables.

13.Move large lamps and decorative trays regularly to let air circulate under them; permanent marks will form if items cover surfaces for a long time without shifting.

1. Woods

Special Contraindications

Avoid drastic temperature and humidity changes; dry cold air causes cracking and peeling of surface coating.

Maintenance & Cleaning Tips

● Daily dusting: Wipe with dry soft flannel cloth or soft brush.

● Regular deep cleaning: Use slightly damp soft cloth with mild natural soap water, then fully dry with a clean dry cloth.

● Water spill handling: Blot all moisture quickly with soft cloth, then air-dry the furniture in shaded ventilated space.

● Prohibited: Generic furniture polish and untested cleaning chemicals. Severe stains require professional repaint repair.

2. Lacquers Indoor

Special Contraindications

Indoor lacquer finishes are easily scratched and damaged by heat oxidation.

Maintenance & Cleaning Tips

● Daily care: Wipe with slightly damp soft cloth; rigid scrub brushes are forbidden.

● Deep cleaning sequence: Mild soap water wipe → clean water residue removal → dry lint-free cloth polishing.

● Brightening: Buff the surface in circular motions with dry flannel cloth. Do not use unapproved chemical cleaners.

3. Lacquers Outdoor

Special Contraindications

Only suitable for furniture labeled outdoor-grade. Avoid abrasive scrub tools, corrosive chemicals and rough scouring pads. Use dust covers during long-term idle storage.

Maintenance & Cleaning Tips

● Gently wipe surfaces with soft cloth soaked in mild soap water, fully rinse all soap residue, then air dry naturally in ventilated shade.

4. Textiles Indoor

Special Contraindications

Keep away from high heat, humidity and direct sunlight. Sharp items are prohibited. Water-based cleaners and solvents lead to fabric fading.

Maintenance & Cleaning Tips

● Daily care: Vacuum regularly; rotate cushions frequently for even wear. For velvet textiles, lightly mist water then comb fabric nap with a soft dedicated brush.

● Stain handling: All tough stains need professional textile cleaning service; do not use unapproved cleaning agents.

5. Textiles Outdoor (Sunbrella Fabric)

Special Contraindications

Only for outdoor upholstery. Prevent standing water from pooling on seat cushions; store cushions vertically to drain water and stop mold growth. Cover furniture with dust sheets when unused for long periods.

Maintenance & Cleaning Tips

● Daily care: Wipe with distilled water damp cloth then fully dry; vacuum regularly.

● Deep cleaning: Warm water under 40°C mixed with neutral soap. For stubborn stains, mix 50ml bleach per liter of water, apply to stains for 15 minutes, rinse completely and air dry in shade.

● Heavy stains require professional fabric washing.

6. Leather

Special Contraindications

Vulnerable to high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight. Porous leather easily absorbs oil and liquid; do not leave cleaning solutions soaking on leather surfaces.

Maintenance & Cleaning Tips

● Wipe with slightly damp distilled water cloth then dry instantly; vacuum regularly. All stains must be treated by professional leather maintenance specialists; generic untested cleaners are forbidden.

7. Metals (Including Stainless Steel)

Special Contraindications

Avoid coastal humid environments and intense sunlight. Abrasive scrub tools and chlorine-containing disinfectants cannot be used.

Maintenance & Cleaning Tips

● Daily cleaning for stainless steel: Wipe with soft cloth and mild soap water, finish with dry cloth to eliminate water streaks.

● Fingerprint removal: Wipe lightly with soft cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol.

8. Glass / Mirrors

Special Contraindications

Avoid hard scratch-causing objects. Do not place uneven heavy loads or drop heavy items on glass tabletops to prevent cracking.

Maintenance & Cleaning Tips

● Warm soft cloth wipe then instant drying. Use isopropyl alcohol or dedicated glass cleaner for stubborn marks; avoid cleaning liquid dripping onto adjacent furniture finishes. Abrasive scouring pads are banned.

9. Marble

Special Contraindications

Natural porous stone absorbs stains rapidly; blot all liquid spills immediately. Waterproof placemats are mandatory for marble tabletops. Annual professional sealing treatment is suggested. Abrasive cleaners and chlorine-based products are prohibited.

● Wipe surfaces with mild soap water then dry fully. Deep oil, coffee or wine stains can be treated with diluted borax solution, followed by complete water rinsing.
