Parametric Wooden Bench Details & Quality

Material

We select kiln-dried solid wood with clear grain and minimal knots. Each piece is graded for structural integrity before cutting.

Craftsmanship

CNC-guided slicing ensures every rib fits perfectly into the wave pattern. After cutting, each piece is hand-sanded three times (80 → 150 → 240 grit) to achieve a silky, splinter-free surface.

Finish

Standard: matte hard wax oil (protects, keeps natural feel).

Optional: stain, paint, or outdoor UV-resistant coating.
